Wellness Hospitality Coordinator

Are you passionate about wellness and hospitality, with a knack for operational excellence We are currently seeking a Wellness Hospitality & Operation Coordinator to join our team and help create a seamless and enriching experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wellness facility, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

- Coordinate with various parties to deliver exceptional guest services and experiences

- Develop and implement wellness programs and activities to promote holistic well-being for guests

- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards of service

- Monitor and maintain facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulations

- Collaborate with PIC for vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and services for guests

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field

- Previous experience in hospitality operations, with a focus on wellness and guest services

- Strong organizational and leadership skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of wellness practices and trends

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
