Summary
To attend function, promotions for and on behalf of the Spa & Recreation department as necessary.
Monitor individual sales activities and create rewards programs.
Set monthly sales goals for therapists and GSO.
Track monthly percentage sales to service ratios produced by the Spa service providers.
Meet with group meeting planners to show spa facility and programs as required.
Promote and sell customized spa retail packages to conference groups as required.
Up sell spa services to members and hotel guests.
Promote spa and salon packages.
Work with advertising and promotion as required.
Work with Hotel & Regional Sales and Marketing as required.
Coordinate Boutique services with other spa departments.
Insure adequate par inventory of spa retail products at all times.
Train new colleagues in retail product knowledge.
Train colleagues in sales and up selling techniques.
Maintain thorough knowledge of competitors, including location, product offering, pricing, and promotions, including sales techniques.
Create and update Boutique operations manuals as required.
Qualifications
Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or any related field
Has minimum 1 (one) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
Previous experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
Strong in leadership and business acumen
Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
