Job Description

Polibeli (part of Xingyun Group) is a B2B e-commerce platform whose investment base originates from Singapore and is located in Jakarta, Indonesia, was founded in 2022. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and shop-owners to pursue their business dreams with our strong supply chain capabilities and reliable e-commerce platform. Polibeli reaches 16 cities on the island of Java, from Banten to Surabaya.

We are expanding our team in the Die-cast Model Car Toys industry and looking for a Wholesale Sales Manager to drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and build strong relationships with retailers and distributors. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for expanding and maintaining wholesale channels, building long-term partnerships, and adapting strategies to boost product coverage, market share, and brand visibility.
  • Develop, manage quarterly and annual sales targets for wholesale channels, monitor performance, and lead the sales team to achieve goals through analysis, training, and support.
  • Manage pricing strategies and profitability analysis to optimize revenue, align with market trends, and negotiate favorable terms with key wholesale partners.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize product distribution, manage inventory levels, and improve turnover efficiency.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions for growth in the wholesale sector.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of sales or channel management experience in the die-cast model car or toy industry, with a strong background in wholesale and either principal or distributor companies.
  • Expert in wholesale sales strategies, channel management, and negotiations, with strong data analysis, financial management, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian for business communication; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, with excellent relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
