Deep, in-depth knowledge of MS Windows technologies, AD, clustering, and MS NLB (Network Load Balancing) especially troubleshooting
Domain controller/Active Directory and GPO Configuration and maintenance (On Premise)
DNS & DHCP,MS Certificate Authority(CA) Configuration and Maintenance (On Premise)
Handle day-to-day infrastructure operational activities
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Cluster installation and configuration. Performance fine tuning on OS level
Working knowledge of Microsoft M365
Azure Active Directory - AAD Connect, Identity and Access Management, MFA, Conditional Access
Support and administration of MS Exchange Online, MS Teams, Intune
Work within strict change management structures to comply with standards
Work with Helpdesk ticketing response system
Ensure DR procedures and processes are followed, tested and kept up to date
Maintain, Improve & optimize documentation, processes and procedures within Infrastructure
Complete lifecycle and patch management of all Wintel infrastructure, ensuring supported and up to date, using WSUS/ SCCM
Create, submit and implement infrastructure changes in accordance with the Change Control procedure
Be familiar with standard concepts, best practices and procedures with a particular field
To provide escalated support to any level of user whilst on-call

The ideal candidate should possess:

Degree Computer Information Systems or related field
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MS Windows infrastructure management
Excellent Windows Server Administration ability Certified MCSA for Windows Server (min 2016/2019)
Excellent troubleshooting skills and experienced and skilled in Windows scripting
Ability to prioritize effectively and work with a sense of urgency
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems
