Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily store sales and operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ensure Xiaomi Expert KPIs and SOPs are met.
  • Create reports on stock, sales data, and performance improvements. Provide sales skill and product training to store teams.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly KPI reviews with the Xiaomi Experts.
  • Implement and monitor store operation guidelines.
  • Collaborate with partners, the offline team, and cross-functional departments.
  • Develop and publish integrated Master Data from all departments.
  • Recruit and train Xiaomi Experts based on Xiaomi's standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales or training (experience in the smartphone industry is a plus).
  • Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a bonus).
  • Strong skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) with a focus on accurate reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional skepticism, and integrity.
