Job Description

Fotolaku Group is a creative holding company that focused on services that help SME/brand to boost branding, content, and performance marketing.

Fotolaku itself help brands trough services like product photography, video advertising, campaign photoshoot, etc.

As business development manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share within the Creative industry. Leveraging your expertise and knowledge in photography, videography and advertising industry, you will lead a high-performing sales team and cultivate key customer relationships to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and initiatives to expand our presence in the mining industry and achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with senior management to define long-term commercial objectives and align sales strategies with overall business goals.

2. Business Development:

  • Lead the identification, prioritization, and pursuit of new business opportunities within the creative industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts to understand their requirements and position our products and services effectively.

3. Sales Leadership:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members, and monitor progress against goals.
  • Coach and mentor sales professionals to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and sales effectiveness.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their challenges and objectives, and providing proactive solutions and support.
  • Anticipate customer needs and market trends, and leverage insights to inform product development and service enhancements.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, operations, and customer service, to drive integrated sales and marketing strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product roadmap decisions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and communication across departments to optimize customer engagement and business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the creative or content creation industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales, people management, visual content creation, photography/videography.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of an organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer value and driving customer loyalty.
