Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at PT Taman Olahraga Jagorawi located in Bogor. The Chef will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with food preparation, cooking, and menu planning. They will ensure the quality and presentation of meals, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and adhere to food safety standards. The Chef will also collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and create an exceptional dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation, cooking, and menu planning
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Creativity and ability to develop new recipes
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing menus and dietary restrictions
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
