We are seeking a forward-thinking, detail-oriented Senior Channel Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business requirements and will provide comprehensive solutions to support channel business growth. This role involves the development and management of partner relationships, performance management, planning, and ensuring partner satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and recruit partners to support the healthy growth of company's enterprise (B2B) business in Indonesia.
- Develop long-term business plans for partners and company's business success in the Indonesian market.
- Assist partners with annual joint business planning for both sales performance achievement and capability improvement targets.
- Support partners to achieve sales targets as well as strategic targets.
- Act as a bridge between the partner and all related teams in company leveraging resources to improve sales performance if necessary.
- Analyze the gap between partners capabilities and company's business requirements, and deliver comprehensive improvement solutions.
- Manage partner satisfaction, including but not limited to handling channel conflicts, complaints, and action plan follow-ups.
- Handle other partner business-related issues as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other ICT related fields.
- 10+ years of experience in the ICT company Channel business field, with Channel Sales experience being a must.
- Work experience with Cisco/Juniper/Aruba(HPE network) is preferred.
- Experience in a distributor or top system integrator is preferred.
- More than 3 years of hands-on Channel Sales experience in the ICT industry.
- Profound knowledge in partner development, performance management, Marketing & Training, and partner satisfaction management.
- Profound knowledge of mainstream Indonesian partners & customers.
