Responsibilities:

In charge of full implementation of Odoo 17 (above) across critical modules (Manufacturing, Accounting, Inventory, Sales, HR)

Develop, customize, and configure Odoo modules based on business needs that make real operational impact

Translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions

Build and maintain API integrations with third-party systems

Develop automated processes, server actions, and business workflows

Customize UI/UX using Odoo views, QWeb templates, and widgets

Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure optimal performance

Work closely with functional consultants and business users to refine requirements

Participate in full development lifecycle: analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment

Maintain clear and structured technical documentation

Requirements:

Strong experience with Odoo (V17 above)

Proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL

Familiarity with Odoo framework, ORM, models, reports, access/security

Experience with Odoo Studio, server actions, and automated workflows

Understanding of REST APIs and web services

Prior experience working in ERP implementation or consulting projects

Understanding of accounting, inventory, manufacturing, or HR processes

Experience in SaaS or multi-company environments

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Proactive mindset with a get-things-done attitude

Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions

Nice to have:

Experience with Linux, Git, and deployment tools

Odoo certification
