Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sous Chef (Production) at LYD Group. This role will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. They will ensure high-quality food production, adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, and timely delivery of meals. This will also collaborate with other departments to create innovative and customer-centric dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
• Ability to create and execute menus within budget
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Culinary degree or certification is preferred
• Fluent in English is a must
